For her Spring/Summer collection, Meghan Farrell takes a literal approach to love, capturing fluttering heart rates in 14-karat gold. The daughter of two medical professionals, it’s no wonder the New Yorker creates pieces with a scientific bent. Pendant necklaces take inspiration from X-ray images, garnet stones glisten in deep blood red, and EKG-rate rings in a checklist of precious metals are enough to make any heart skip a beat.
An avid collector of vintage jewelry, New York-based designer Meghan Farrell started her small company to explore symbols from her upbringing and education to create a collection of eclectic and different designs. Having been raised by two parents in medicine, her first collection of rings and necklaces draws upon both symbols and the literal through psychology and neurology. All pieces are handmade in New York City.
