Peters Mountain Works

Passport: USA

Established: 1978

For over 30 years, climber John Peters has been providing mountaineers and scenesters alike with functional, durable bags made from his small workshop in upstate New York. Relaunched under his original “PMW” label with co-designer Asa Nishijima, the line of shrunken neon backpacks and spacious duffels is set to be as cult as the the original messenger bags he designed back in the 80s (you know, the ones with the Manhattan skyline logos).
