Katherine Fleming - Python Jane Clutch The latest installment of our vintage editorial study comes in the form of Vogue’s 1987 editorial “Shades of Adventure” starring Christy Turlington and Rachel Williams. The two look the uttermost elegant while strolling in Marrekesh and don classic LBDs, neons, and even a major fur – which might not be a very realistic choice for a North African climate but hey, it’s fashion.
What makes this editorial so special is not only the fact that the looks are still super relevant today, but also that the setting of several shots (namely the one with the green Moorish tiled background), is the Hotel Mamounia, the same place Humberto, Carol, Olivia, et al stayed during their most recent Moroccan adventure. Some things really are good for life.
