This season, Parisian brand Wanda Nylon presents its first-ever collection of vinyl rain gear. Transparent PVC is super Polly Maggoo (the kind of thing you wear with drawn-on eyelashes and a sassy leggy pose). But Wanda's polka-dot trenches and jackets are definitely more modern than mod-era. Working with 90% recycled materials, the line is devoted solely to wet-weather wear. The debut collection provides shower-proof trenches, biker jackets, tees, and even shorts for girls, with a couple of pieces for boys too. During a month in which snow—or at least drizzle—is more likely than ever, what could be a more practical investment that an iridescent foil rain jacket?
