Last night marked the opening of Thirty Days Gallery, a pop up gallery of sorts by LA’s Family Bookstore that will play host to a well-curated list of artists, musicians, comedians, author readings, and what nots for the next thirty days. Based on the west coast, they brought some California love to New York with an opening exhibit featuring artists like Autumn de Wilde, Geoff Mcfetridge, Hamburger Eyes, Pablo Ferro, and fabrics by Rodarte. Eric Copeland of Black Dice, Brian Degraw of Gang Gang Dance, and Aska Matsumiya of The Sads kept the crowd buzzing with their tunes, and helped us all zone out to a psychedelic light show by Gary Panter and Josh White.
Check out the list of events here including a performance by Kim Gordon and Thurston Moore, as well as a comedy show by Fred Armeson and Andrew Jeffrey Wright!
