Warm Up 2012: Just Blaze, Nick Catchdubs, Danny Brown, The Stallions, and BAIO
In this edition of MoMA PS1's Warm up series, hip-hop was in the HOUSE! The line-up included Fool's Gold's Danny Brown and Nick Catchdubs, whose lengthy set kept the concrete dance floor packed and pumping. The crowd went wild as legendary producer Just Blaze took the stage––one could have thought H.O.V.A. himself was up there next to him. The water-spurting Wendy had far less tenants taking refuge under her shady spikes than usual, as temperatures remained in the comparatively cool 80s. But the beer lines? Unsurprisingly long as ever.
