Christopher Shannon offered a fresh update to his signature conceptual, sporty aesthetic on Saturday in London. His experimentation with cutting and re-piecing continues through SS13, with bright graphic horizontal stripe sweatshirts and shorts, which included panels of denim and nylon. Newly incorporated were materials like frayed fringed denim and super fun, cartoonish patches embellishing jackets and shorts. We also loved the colorful updates to classic English schoolboy leather backpacks, and the ethnic-printed desert boots, made in collaboration with British brand Kickers.
