Video Syrup at Spectacle Theater
Last night at Williamsburg's Spectacle Theater, the NYC-based photographer, zine queen, and all-around creative Maggie Lee hosted VIDEO SYRUP, a night of short films featuring both established and emerging artists, to a very crowded room. It was a one night only showing of never-before-seen works and classic film shorts by Kathy Rose, William Strobeck, Tara Sinn, Alexandra Gorczynski, Brian Close, Petra Cortright, Sandy Kim, Michael David Quattlebaum Jr., Adam Schleimer, Katie Hickman, Nick Atkins, Lily Marotta, Calvin LeCompte, Mick Farrell, Lily Sheng and Trisha Baga.
