Tonight, Opening Ceremony Showroom departs New York and travels across the Atlantic to Paris in anticipation of the Fall/Winter 2010 men's market. Retailers worldwide will have their first look at the Opening Ceremony Fall/Winter 2010 men's collection, so we jumped at the chance to show our blog readers an early look at the collection's first men's delivery. Arriving in stores in early Fall 2010, the collection displayed here takes inspiration from the style and culture of modern France. Classic Breton sailor stripes, traditional French naval uniforms, European gypsies, 1968 student revolutionaries, and New Wave coolness influence the Fall/Winter first delivery offering. Our favorite notable details include louche and luxurious soft suits, shawl collar dress shirts, long moto jackets, trompe l'oeil denim wool fabric, and gauzy speckled wool flannels, suitings, and jerseys.
Stay tuned tomorrow for images from the second delivery!
For wholesale inquiries or to schedule an appointment to view the FW10 collection during Paris men's fashion week, please contact Anja Tyson or Liz Kollman at Opening Ceremony Showroom.
