This year the iconic Bass Weejuns loafer turns 75! The Weejuns, Maine shoemaker G.H. Bass's adaptation of a little-known Scandinavian moccasin (get it, Norweejun?), has become an American design classic. On the anniversary of this happy occasion, we’re proud to present four Bass Weejuns OC special editions: the Linwood, the Landrover , the Vanessa and the Ventura.
Let’s take this moment to look back through the Bass shoe Hall of Fame. Since their birth in 1876, Bass shoes have witnessed the first nonstop flight across the Atlantic, traveled to the Antarctic with Admiral Byrd, and graced the feet of Bobby Jones during his legendary “Grand Slam”. And then came the Weejuns in 1936. Following in the footsteps of these American greats, our OC exclusives stay true to the time-honored Bass formula with penny loafer stylings and high-quality leather. But, to see the shoe into a new year, we’ve given the Weejuns a splash of color. Celebrate the nation’s favorite leisure shoe in striking blue or beautiful deep burgundy.
I am desperately looking for the women's weejun in blue, loafer without the tassel in size 6. When will you all be making more? I need this shoe!!!!!

I would absolutely love to have another pair of the bass weejuns with the kiltie and stacked hill once again! It is difficult to find shoes that are narrow and I absolutely adored these! Please bring them back!!!!
