Since 1911 (oui, vraiment!), Vilac has been crafting childrens' toys from deep in the Jura Mountains, France. From this remote location, they collect the wood that is then carefully carved, painted and lacquered to shiny toy perfection. They believe in giving trees a second, joyous life with children.
