OC Kids: Q & A with Jenné Lombardo
It's inevitable that OC kids have the raddest moms around. Jenné Lombardo, one of the masterminds behind M.A.C. & Milk fashion week and founder of NYC consultancy The Terminal Presents, is one of the most multitasking and stylish moms we know. We caught up with her and her three j'adorable kids and found out what they're coveting from our newly launched OC Kids section!
What are your kids' names and ages?
Roxy J'aime (5.5), Bowie Vincent (4.5) and Valentine "Valen" Otto (2).
And the stories behind them?
There isn't really a story behind any of their names. I didn't realize, at the time, that I actually created a little glam rock collective. I liked edgier, punkier names. I always wanted a Valentine and when he was born he was so loving and kind. He's my little Valen-tiny.
Their first words?
Roxy: Mama.
Bowie: No.
Valen: Dada.
Describe your ideal Saturday with the kids.
In the summer, my ideal day is out in Montauk, going to a friend's house for a swim and barbecue. Last night, we made a house for ants and all three kids collected ants to live in their high-end luxury castles. In the city, it can be as simple as going to the park and making dinner together. As long as I get to spend it with them, and am not too consumed with errands and chore-doing, I am a happy mama.
What are your OC Kids picks?
For Roxy, I love the opening Ceremony by a for apple leopard print pants, although it would take a miracle to get her to wear pants, so I would then need to opt for the Jean paul gaultier Bébé pink and white striped shirt and the pink skirt. For Bowie and Valen, the Jean Paul Gaultier BéBé blue and white striped boating shirt. I can't seem to understand why boys look so darn cute in stripes.
...And now, some questions for the kids!

Roxy: A horse rider.
Bowie: A dinosaur digger, a horse rider, and a policeman.
Valen: I'll speak for him ... I am sure he would say a billionaire.
Favorite treat:
Roxy: Chocolate and M&M's.
Bowie: Bubble gum and M&M's.
Valentine: Ice cream.
Favorite spot around the city:
Roxy: O'neill's.
Bowie: Outerspace and the swimming pool at Thompson Park.
