Farmer's market free-for-all
Being the food lovers that we are here at Opening Ceremony, there was no way we could settle with just one type of cuisine for the new cafe at our Tokyo store. And so came the manifestation of Potluck, our just opened food and refreshment relief located in the basement of our eight-level department store in Shibuya. Based on the traditional idea of a potluck, we wanted to share a variety of our favorite foods and dishes with our guests. Therefore, our menu will be ever-changing, and a new tasty experience should be expected with each visit.
To kick off our appetite, we currently feature Banh Mi sandwiches in your choice of pork, chicken, fish, veggie, and my newly discovered favorite, egg patty. Another family on the menu is a series of hot, iron pan skillets filled with lasagna or French toast, for example. There is also a Deli category which will include a selection of fresh salads and flavorful soups.
One element of the offering that we will proudly continue to serve year round is the finest coffee drinks brought in all the way from San Francisco organic coffee masters, Bluebottle Coffee Co. To celebrate our grand opening, we invited our friends and staff for a taste testing party set up in the form of a farmer's market, where guests were given bags to actually pick and take some fresh produce home. Potluck opens to the public today!

My boyfriend and I visited Tokyo last week and discovered your Potluck Cafe... your Bahn Mi's are dabomb.com! Also being native San Franciscans, we ended up hitting your cafe three straight days for the good ol' Blue Bottle :-)
Great fucking department store/cafe. I always walk away broke and happy.
P.S. We've suddenly become severely addicted to Sriracha.
Potluck = My new BFF. I was feeling rather blue the other day. It was raining. I missed home. I can't speak Japanese. Stumbled upon Potluck and it made me SO happy. I have been craving a Banh Mi and they're impossible to find here. ThankyouThankyouThankyou!
