ACNE proved to be just as naturally cool as would be assumed. At a studio in Piccadilly Circus, men lined the entrance with champagne and guests were ushered past Emmanuelle Alt and Jefferson Hack, who were saying their hellos to mercury award winners The XX.  Down a white washed runway came scenes of denim with patches of leather in silver and gold. For fall, Acne sticks to what they've mastered: minimalism, asymmetry, and bold color that's anything but overwhelming. The models were footed in wood and cork platformed heels with an array of green, silver and black metallic straps. Jonny Johansson explained that his inspiration came straight from the girls he's with day in, day out, "I am fascinated with the girls in my design studio. These creative girls make a lot of fashion out of a few garments." And they do it well!
