Gasps all-round at the highly anticipated MM6 x Opening Ceremony presentation yesterday, the first collaboration for the sister label of Maison Martin Margiela. Concentrating on a 3-in-1 approach, the outfits magically transformed their form and function right before our eyes; a cropped faux fur coat contained another piece of outwear underneath which in turn disguised a v-neck basic. The accessories too have numerous interpretations: a cropped boot becomes a knee high, a leather tote hosting the parts and pieces of a portfolio and then clutch. A truly unique and thoroughly intelligent capsule collaboration.
