When we heard that Band of Outsiders was hosting a runway show instead of their usual presentation, we were a bit confused. But what about the set! As we showed you last season, Band’s presentation is famously among the finest that fashion week has to offer. However, the runway showed us that Scott is no one trick pony, and the theatricality that comes through in his usual presentations is still present in his remix of a typical runway show. Shown in three segments, one for Band, Boy, and Girl respectively, the show opened with models stringing down from the ceiling – a manifestation of Scott’s inspiration, images of 70s California rock climbers found in the book The Stonemasters (Which you can pick up at OC stores!).
