OC ♥ Venessa Arizaga: The Best Friend Game + Bracelet Challenge!
The OC showroom spent the evening with Venessa Arizaga and her never ending supply of whimsical chains, charms, and colorful threads. We thought it’d be fun to challenge ourselves to make our own version of Venessa’s one-of-a-kind bracelets!
Venessa and her bestie Lucinda, a friendship bracelet expert, offered us a class on basic knotting with a few threads and more complicated stitches like The Chinese Step Ladder – our favorite! The best part was adding the multiple colorful charms -- dead skulls, mini mamushkas, sledge hammers, feathers, utensils, sea animals that Venessa collected from around the world. We topped off our night with “The Best Friend Game”, five essential questions to ask your best friend that tests how well we actually know one another. See the questionnaires below and determine who should be deemed the BEST of the best friends!
