Last week, I made my way to Max Fish in the LES for the signing of Andrew Kuo's new book What Me Worry. The event also marked the very first book release by the Standard Hotel's Standard Press. The 200-page book, whose fold-out cover reveals an amazing poster of one of his photographs, compiles Andrew's drawings, charts, paintings, photographs, installations and cooking recipes. The book is a great holiday gift for the bookworm/art appreciator in your life--but you're not getting mine. Not that I'm the Grinch or Scrooge or anything, but I made sure to get Kuo's John Hancock before I left. But just because it's got my name on it doesn't mean you shouldn't check out the Andrew Kuo stuff we carry HERE.
