When his début record Doggystyle, which featured "What's My Name" and "Gin & Juice" among other singles that people still bounce to today, went quadruple platinum, Cordozar Calvin Broadus - better known as Snoop Dogg - was officially crowned a hip-hop phenomenon. Like his rapping style of lighthearted rhymes delivered in that oh-so-smooth drawl, the Doggfather's sartorial flair also bears a humorous twist.  Whether he's sporting an oversized tee and a do-rag or a spiffy suit and a fedora, he never fails to pack the punch with unabashedly gaudy bling.  Snoop is undeniably up there with the most dapper of the rappers, and there isn't a dogg's chance that we wouldn't wish him a happy one.
