Spring in JPG-Land
On our recent trip to Paris, we paid a visit to the incredibly over-the-top Jean Paul Gaultier headquarters for our spring buying appointment. HIdden behind an unassuming door on a busy street, the JPG universe is as playfully luxe as the brand itself (remember the couture salon?!). In a vaulted double-story room filled with gigantic JPG ads, we checked out the characteristically twisted classics that make up the iconic French brand. In addition to pleated trenches, baby motorcycle jackets, and silk florals, the brand scored with its accessories for spring. Particularly the nostalgia-inducing cross-motif costume jewelry and cut-out Doc Marten inspired boots.
