In the next week, we will be premiering our first "OCTV" original video, wherein master chef and entrepreneur David Chang shares some secrets of seafood in the kitchen of MomofukU Noodle Bar. Despite blazing temperatures and insane noise levels, the shoot was a blast, as you may be able to (vaguely) discern from these hastily-taken behind the scenes snaps.
