ACNE Brings the Disco, Gets a Private Dancer
Eat, drink, and be merry at the disco is what Acne's Johnny Johansson had in mind for yesterday's men's presentation in Paris. Inspired by his youthful summer nights spent traveling to dance halls in the remote Swedish countryside, Johnny aimed to recreate this sentiment with a party that spilled into the street in front of restaurant Le Chateaubriand. Models donned clothes that matched the mood, outfitted in Saturday-Night-Fever-ready flared tuxedo pants and shades to beat off those flashing lights -- courtesy of Acne's new collaboration with Thierry Lasry.
But perhaps the most eventful entrance of the night came courtesy of the "Private Dancer" himself, Nils Bech, who, in the spirit of the night, jumped up on the bar to serenade the crowd with an impromptu Tina Turner cover.
